3CX design and management
I configure users, extensions, departments, ring groups, queues, office hours, voicemail, emergency routing, caller ID, desk phones, mobile apps, trunks, recordings, updates, backups, and ongoing administration.
I design, build, troubleshoot, and manage VoIP phone systems for small businesses, including 3CX deployments, extensions, call routing, handsets, mobile apps, caller ID, queues, reporting, and custom integrations.
Replacing a phone system should begin with call flow and business needs, not a box of phones or a long carrier contract.
Start with one problem. You work directly with the senior person diagnosing it and doing the work.
I configure users, extensions, departments, ring groups, queues, office hours, voicemail, emergency routing, caller ID, desk phones, mobile apps, trunks, recordings, updates, backups, and ongoing administration.
I built custom 3CX integration code that connects a user's computer sign-in to their hot-desk phone. When the user moves desks, the phone follows them: the old phone is cleared, the new phone is assigned, caller ID is corrected, and the programmable buttons are configured automatically.
A receptionist, mobile employee, shared desk, warehouse, and after-hours responder need different call behavior. I map those workflows first, then configure the system so callers reach the right person with fewer transfers and missed calls.
VoIP depends on internet service, switching, Wi-Fi, firewalls, power, handsets, and the phone platform. I troubleshoot the entire path instead of sending the owner between a carrier, an IT provider, and a phone vendor.
