What I review
Internet and phone bills, Microsoft 365 licensing, cloud services, security products, backup subscriptions, support contracts, hardware leases, copier and camera services, software renewals, and vendor proposals.
Small businesses accumulate overlapping subscriptions, abandoned phone lines, oversized support plans, forgotten cloud resources, and vendor renewals nobody has challenged. I review the stack independently and show the owner what to keep, change, renegotiate, or cancel.
I am not paid by your current vendors, and the answer may be to keep exactly what you have.
Start with one problem. You work directly with the senior person diagnosing it and doing the work.
Internet and phone bills, Microsoft 365 licensing, cloud services, security products, backup subscriptions, support contracts, hardware leases, copier and camera services, software renewals, and vendor proposals.
The bigger cost may be staff repeating manual work, unreliable systems causing interruptions, or several vendors blaming each other. I look at total business friction, not only monthly invoices.
Before you sign a large renewal or project quote, I explain what is necessary, what is optional, what is missing, and what questions the vendor should answer. You keep control of the decision and the relationship.
You receive a short list of immediate savings, risks that should be fixed first, items worth leaving alone, and larger improvements to revisit later. No giant assessment binder and no obligation to hire me for the implementation.
Senior judgment.
Small-business common sense.
No ticket queue, rotating junior technician, or account manager. On-site service is available in Cherry Hill and nearby South Jersey, with remote help available anywhere.
My role is independent guidance. When a vendor or product is needed, I explain the choice and any relevant relationship clearly.
Yes. I can review renewals, join calls, challenge assumptions, and translate the technical and commercial terms.
No. It is useful for any owner with several technology bills, a major proposal, or a feeling that the stack has become unnecessarily complicated.
