PACKAGES · NO PER-SEAT PRICING

Three ways
to work together.

No tiers priced by the seat, no feature you already needed locked behind an upgrade, and no contract. Pick the shape that matches what is going on.

THE THREE

Pick the shape.

01

One Problem

A single thing is broken, and you want it diagnosed and fixed without a retainer.

  • One problem, worked in one visit or one remote session
  • You hear the cost before any work starts
  • A short written note on what was wrong and what to watch
  • Not included: everything else that is also broken

Best when something specific has stopped working.

02

The Cleanup

Nothing has failed yet, but nobody owns the setup and it has accumulated.

  • A review of Microsoft 365, accounts and MFA, backups, Wi-Fi and network, and the vendors you pay
  • A written list of what is wrong, ranked by risk, with what each fix costs
  • I do the fixes you approve, in the order you approve them
  • Not included: work nobody approved, or work on a wish list

Best when it has quietly grown for years.

03

Ongoing Help

The same direct line, month to month, for a business with nobody in-house.

  • Direct access to me, month to month
  • Priority when something breaks
  • Regular check-ins, so small things get caught early
  • Not included: a ticket desk, or someone sitting in your office

Best when there is nobody to call.

HOW THE MONEY WORKS

Quoted before,
not after.

Every job is quoted before it starts. No hourly surprises, no per-seat fees, and no invoice for time spent reading email.

If a job turns out bigger than the quote, I stop and tell you before spending more of your money. If it turns out smaller, you pay for what it took.

NOT SURE WHICH

Start with
one problem.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Work is quoted per job or per month, not per person or per device. Hiring a new employee does not change what you owe.

What if I do not know which one I need?

Start with One Problem. It is the cheapest way to learn whether this is a small repair or something structural, and the diagnosis carries into whatever comes next.

Can I move between them?

Yes, in either direction. Most relationships start with one problem and become ongoing help only once it is clear that it is worth it.
